MASSAGE THERAPY
30, 60, or 90 minutes of pure bliss. Every session is geared towards individual goals and needs and can included heat therapy, cupping, and aromatherapy at no additional charge. Prenatal massage is also available for all stages of pregnancy.
Swedish, deep tissue, myofascial, cupping, neuromuscular, and facilitated stretching a just a few of the tools in Liz's belt to make you feel your best.
YOMASSAGE
Yomassage is a trauma informed, small group class that combines restorative yoga positions, massage therapy, breathwork, and mindfulness meditations to provide the ultimate relaxation experience in 30, 60, or 90 minute sessions. This ultra relaxing class is focused on activating the parasympathetic nervous system, the rest and digest part of your body, to help you combat the stresses of todays world.
MOBILE SERVICES
Yomassage is offered as a travel service for small groups of five or less, events such as corporate trainings and retreats, and offices. If you want your employees to be on their A game, treat them like they're on the A team.
Massage therapy is offered as an in-home service reserved for special circumstances including hospice patients and their families or groups of three to five with adequate space.
